1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "db44", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the db44 platform, an internationally licensed offshore betting and gaming entity operating the website accessible at db44.io.
• "Platform" means the db44 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services including the casino lobby, sportsbook, live casino, crash games, account dashboard, payment cashier, and customer support channels.
• "Player", "you", or "your" means any individual who accesses the Platform, whether or not that individual has completed the registration process or holds an active account.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account opened on the Platform, linked to a single verified identity.
• "Funds" means the Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) balance held in a Player's db44 wallet, including deposited amounts, credited bonuses, and realised winnings not yet withdrawn.

• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin equivalent, or matched deposit bonus credited to a Player's account in accordance with an active promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to authenticate a Player's identity prior to processing withdrawals above minimum thresholds.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the db 44 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. db44 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform. This restriction applies regardless of the payment method, device, IP address, or household used to register.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. db44 relies on this information for KYC verification, withdrawal processing, and fraud prevention. You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any information changes.

2.4 Jurisdiction Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager. db44 does not provide legal advice regarding the local laws applicable to individual players. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and may have their accounts closed without prior notice.

2.5 Verification Process. db44 may require Players to complete identity verification (KYC) at any point, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or during periodic account reviews. Documents commonly requested include a government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address issued within the last three months. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Security & Responsibilities

3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. db44 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify db44 support immediately via live chat or at [email protected].

3.2 Unauthorised Access. db44 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. Any wager placed, withdrawal initiated, or deposit made through your account before you notify db44 of a security breach remains your responsibility.

3.3 Two-Factor Authentication. db44 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Players who enable 2FA benefit from an additional layer of protection against unauthorised login attempts. Instructions for enabling 2FA are available within the account security settings panel.

3.4 Account Sharing. Your db44 Account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account, whether for the purpose of placing bets, making deposits or withdrawals, or for any other purpose. db44 reserves the right to investigate accounts showing signs of shared access and to suspend or close accounts in breach of this provision.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Methods. db44 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer to accounts held with participating Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit is ৳500. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). db44 does not apply currency conversion fees on BDT transactions; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees independently of db44.

4.2 Processing Times. Deposits via mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your db44 wallet within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours to appear depending on the originating institution. db44 is not responsible for delays attributable to payment service providers or banking system outages.

4.3 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being completed and to no outstanding bonus wagering requirements remaining on the account at the time of the request.

4.4 Withdrawal Timeframes. db44 targets withdrawal processing within 1–24 hours of a request being submitted and verified. During peak periods or where additional identity verification is required, processing may take up to 72 hours. Players will be notified via their registered email if any additional steps are needed.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. db44 operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All deposit and withdrawal activity is monitored for suspicious patterns. db44 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any payment transaction where AML concerns arise and to report such activity to relevant regulatory authorities as required by applicable law.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Terms. All bonuses, free spin allocations, and promotional offers made available through the db44 Platform are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, game contribution weightings, minimum odds restrictions (for sports bonuses), and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion. db44 does not impose hidden wagering conditions or alter requirements after a bonus has been credited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. db44 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel derived winnings, and suspend accounts where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to circumvent wagering requirements, or using automated tools to exploit bonus structures. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at db44's sole discretion following an internal review.

5.4 Promotion Eligibility. Promotions are available to eligible registered Players only. Unless a promotion is explicitly stated as being available to new Players only or to existing Players only, eligibility is determined at the time of opt-in according to the conditions specified. db44 may withdraw, modify, or extend any promotion at any time with reasonable prior notice where operationally practicable.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

6.1 Game Integrity. All casino games available on the db44 Platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each provider's Random Number Generator (RNG) is independently tested and certified. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages reflect the actual certified rates for each game and are not marketing projections.

6.2 Sports Betting Markets. All sports betting markets are offered at db44's discretion. Markets are subject to suspension or removal at any time where data integrity, match integrity, or system constraints require it. In-play markets may be suspended during critical periods of an event (e.g., wicket falling in cricket, penalty review in football) without prior notice.

6.3 Bet Acceptance. A wager is not confirmed until db44's systems have accepted and recorded the bet and the corresponding funds have been deducted from your wallet balance. In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, the original account balance prior to the failed transaction will be restored and the wager will be treated as void.

6.4 Errors and Obvious Mistakes. db44 reserves the right to void any wager offered or accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous — including odds that are the result of a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing mistake — irrespective of whether the wager has already been settled. Players who knowingly exploit obvious pricing errors may have their accounts suspended pending investigation.

6.5 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute relating to game outcomes, bet settlements, or account balances must be raised via the db44 support team within 30 days of the disputed transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. db44's internal resolution is final subject to the governing law provisions in Section 13.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the db44 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account per individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or if online gambling is prohibited in your jurisdiction.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform in any way not consistent with normal human use.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to influence game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using proceeds of illegal activity to fund your db44 account (money laundering).
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive behaviour toward db44 staff or other players via any support or chat channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or redistribute any component of the db44 Platform.
• Using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking services to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level bans.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Commitment. db44 is committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling for all players. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, accessible directly from the account dashboard at no charge and with no waiting period for activation.

8.2 Available Tools. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits; configure net loss limits over defined periods; activate session time reminders; apply temporary self-exclusion periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months; or request permanent account closure. All restrictive limits applied by a Player take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

8.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who believe they may have a problem with gambling are encouraged to apply for self-exclusion immediately. Self-exclusion requests are processed without delay and without any attempt by db44 to dissuade the Player from excluding. Permanent closures cannot be reversed. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will not accept deposits, will not permit wager placement, and will not receive any promotional communications.

8.4 Minor Protection. db44's 21+ age restriction is enforced at registration and at KYC verification. Players must not allow minors to access their db44 Account under any circumstances. db44 recommends the use of parental control software to restrict minor access to online gambling sites on shared devices.

9 Suspension & Termination

9.1 db44's Right to Suspend. db44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably determine that: (a) a Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) an Account shows signs of fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity; (c) KYC verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction; or (d) it is necessary to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

9.2 Balance on Closure. Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the Player (including fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited activity), db44 reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance including deposited funds, pending winnings, and any Bonus Funds. Where an Account is closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., at the Player's request or due to jurisdiction restrictions), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

9.3 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting db44 support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Closure requests are processed within one business day. Players are advised to withdraw any remaining balance prior to submitting a closure request.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the db44 Platform — including but not limited to the db44 brand name, logo, game interfaces, website design, text, graphics, data displays, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of db44 or its licensed third-party providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used in any derivative work without the express prior written consent of db44. Game content remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and is used by db44 under valid licensing agreements.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 The db44 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, db44 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11.2 db44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from: platform downtime, game or data feed errors, payment processing delays, unauthorised account access, or the outcome of any wager.

11.3 In any event, db44's aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

12 Amendments

db44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, db44 will provide reasonable advance notice via a notice posted on the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.3.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which db44 holds its operating licence, as an internationally licensed offshore betting operator. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through db44's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Players located in Bangladesh acknowledge that online gambling regulations in Bangladesh are subject to change and agree that db44's international licensing framework governs the relationship between the Player and the Platform for the purposes of these Terms & Conditions.
